CNC Turner / CNC Setter Index ABC / G200 (m/f/d)

For our manufacturing facility, we are looking for a CNC Turner / CNC Setter (m/f/d) with experience in operating Index lathes and Siemens control systems. Do you work independently and precisely, and take pride in clean manufacturing? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Operating CNC-controlled Index lathes with Siemens S840D control 
  • Production of small and large batches
  • Correcting and optimising existing CNC programmes 
  • Independent programming of new CNC programmes 
  • Independent setting up and retooling of the machines 
  • Work preparation incl. tool presetting 
  • Inspection of workpieces for quality assurance 
  • Servicing and maintenance of systems, machinery, and equipment 

Your Profile 

  • Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work 
  • Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator, turner, or comparable qualification 
  • Several years of professional experience in the specified field desirable 
  • Team spirit, dedication, and a strong awareness of quality

Temporary Assistant / Mini-Job Production (m/f/d)

To support our production, we are seeking a reliable temporary assistant on a mini-job basis. Manual dexterity is entirely sufficient – experience in the metal sector is an advantage, but not essential.

Your Tasks 

  • Sawing & deburring of metal parts 
  • Material preparation for our CNC machines 
  • Loading work on CNC machines 
  • Further supporting tasks in production 

Your Profile 

  • Manual dexterity 
  • Experience in the metal sector is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German 
  • Reliable and meticulous way of working
